The Bee Breeder's launched a competition urging designers to consider a structure for Ice Trekkers.  Through a dense amount of research, we designed a structure that would reinvigorate the brave warriors during their long journey.  The quite luxurious cabin features a variety of assets for the travelers including a lagoon powered by geothermal energy, spacious layout to accommodate an abundance of persons, and areas of cleanup and entertainment built within.  Yet, the unique cabin is a respectful structure that it retains a small footprint, contains a form that is harmonious with its environment, and takes vernacular ques from its Iceland context.
